Summer is here – officially from a foodies perspective I mean - The asparagus and the strawberries are out in abundance!
On Saturday 21st November we catered a Christmas function for 36 guests at the Boardriders Club at Fitzroy Beach. We shared the kitchen with Jo the bar man (from the club) and all the guests were dressed up 70s style. It was an awesome night – nibbles started with the old 70s classic of cheese fondue which went down well! A buffet main to follow and then Christmas pudding, fresh fruit salad and blueberry cheesecake.
We are currently taking bookings for summer and have had some flyers made up so will be dropping them in letterboxes in the coming week. Spread the word – Dining at Home are the caterers you want to use to wow your guests when you host a party or get together in your own home!
