Inglewood High School had Events week last week as they head into the last week of term for 2013. Dining at Home was called into do a demonstration to a group of Year 9 children showing them how to make a mini cheesecake. The kids then went away and made their own cheesecakes and put their own spin on the recipe that was provided. Amazing to see what they came up with - we had a range of different flavours to test including lemon curd and white chocolate, passionfuit, berry and milk choclate and an indulgent double chocolate cheesecake as well. Well done!
