Winter is on its way out and summer here we come!
Bookings are coming in thick and fast with Sept and Oct getting pretty full already! Im loving the new recipes and exciting new seasonal produce that is coming back into season and this summers menus are better than ever! We customise our menus for each job as we dont want to cook the same food all the time - where is the fun in that? We love getting creative, and developing delicious things for our customers to try!
Scallops are a fav, last summer we mastered Seared Scallops with Cauliflower and Puree and Bacon Crumb which were an absoulte hit at the functions they were served at, now its time to go and discover what our favorite scallop dish will be this summer!
Salted Caramel is all the rage at the moment to, a little bit sweet and a little bit salty, cant complain with that!
