Well what a full on few weeks its been leading up to Christmas! On Friday the 13th of December we joined the crew at Moxwai for their very enjoyable and relaxed Christmas do. At a lovely home in Westown the croquet was set up on the back lawn, and we even had fireworks after dinner! The menu consisted of three different sorts of nibbles, BBQ'd meats served with salads and breads and to top it all off Tradtional Christmas Pudding wtih Hot Brandy Sauce (Megan's Mum's recipe!).
Last week we had the LIVE magazine Christmas dinner which was a seated Restaurant Quality plated meal for 11 guests. Cranberry Stuffed Chicken Breast and Fillet of Beef wrapped in Bacon kept everyone feeling satisfied and the Fresh Berry Cheesecake finished the evening off. The lovely two storeyd house in Fitzroy had beautiful views of the sea.
Moa Milking & Pumping hosted their Christmas Staff Party at a fantastic home in Inglewood on Friday 20th December. There was swimming in the pool and golf on the back lawn while we worked away and prepared a BBQ style buffet meal for 16 people. We must have impressed the guests as it resulted in some orders for Christmas day salads!
We get a couple of days off to enjoy Christmas before heading out to Oakura for our next event at a beautiful home - here is hoping for the sun to stay shining!
